This is my first time purchasing a Labubu and I had no idea what to expect since real ones are difficult to find. This seller has authentic products at a much lower price than other resellers. The box that the item came in was damaged which is unfortunate, but the actual plush was intact. It was very exciting finding a real Halloween Labubu!
This seller is awesome!! I just mailed her saying I didn't receive my merchandise when I got mail saying delivered.....seller offered to send another one!!! What a beautiful gesture!!!! But I couldn't do that..told seller I was willing to purchase again.....but I got blessed and it was delivered the next day
Item is cute and adorable, looks exactly as the photos and described. Shipping was fast, though could had been more secure and not in a plastic mailing bag, the hard plastic outer box of the plush kept it safe and in perfect condition though it itself was pretty beat up. Good value for an non-official release.
