The product was as described and a good deal especially because it was brand new, so Im happy with that. But because it had no outer (protective/shipping) packaging, the original box it came in arrived damaged ( a big gash and all box corners mashed) due to the normal transportation handling. Since its a gift, I cant yet open it to make sure all contents are in good shape. so that was a bit disappointing. But over-all the sellers were on time and did have a great product.
New item in box. There was a mixup in the size ordered and what was received initially. However, contacted seller which promptly replied and sent item ordered. Excellent communication/response from seller.
