The printer worked after some elbow grease, however this 30lb device was NOT NEW as advertised & arrived packed in newspaper - not the original box or Styrofoam with nothing to buffer impacts in shipping: It was a miracle it arrived functional. The front cover & copier lid were dislodged & the paper trays were forcibly shoved in, requiring that I disassemble the printer myself to fix & there were large dents on 4 corners. All ink cartridges had to be replaced. But yeah, it eventually worked.
