While the seller's store says they ship within 24 hours, I had to write to them after 8 days asking when the item would ship. I was told to be patient. I then received a different item than what I ordered, at which time I gave up. Seller offered me 20% off my next purchase for my troubles. I don't think I'll be using that offer.
Product is just as described. Shipping was quick. Item packaged well for shipping. Communication was good with seller. Would buy again. A++++ transaction.
I received exactly what I ordered. The pens were will insulated in the package.
