This is for a Retired 2006 Lego Advanced Model Set of 10173 Holiday Train and it is 100% Complete and in Excellent Condition . This set was assembled long ago and was Always Both Adult Owned & Handled . The set was Played With for the day but, after that it was just stored away from sometime until April of 2025, at which time it was carefully disassembled and placed into labeled bags that correspond to the book numbers. There is also a smaller bags that is not labeled, and it contains extra parts for the kit that are not needed in order to complete the model as shown in the first photo. As shown in the second photo, there was several pieces that was not taken apart due to the difficulty in being able to do so, and one of each type of these pieces is shown in order for you to get an idea of what these types of pieces will look like; Furthermore, the set came with several colored books, with one being shown in the second photo and they weren't unfolded due to their age and the probability of them becoming two pieces if opened up. The instructions are in Good Condition and were handled very carefully; Although, the instructions might still show Mild Wear from Age, Storage , and Usage. Additionally, book two has a small tear near the top corner as best seen in the third photo and it also has that a ripple that can be felt near the middle when going over the book near the top from the natural age of it as best seen in the fourth photo. All the bricks are in Excellent Condition , but might still show Mild Wear from Age, Storage , and Usage . The box that it comes in is in Excellent Condition and in addition to it showing Mild Wear from Age & Storage , the still entact seals on the one side are no longer as tight as best seen in the last photo, the other side has scotch tape over the seals and the tab that can be punched in was at one point in time from when it was in storage as best seen in the seventh photo, the bottom of the box has a pronouced crease going across it with a dent on the one end as best seen in the eighth photo, and it has a slightly crushed corner on the front as best seen in the fifth photo. Please take a look at the photos in order to better judge the overall condition of the item for yourself. *Please note that the box that the lego comes in will arrive to you tied shut with string in order to keep the box closed on its way to you in order to avoid the box opening up and spilling its contents into the larger shipping box while in transit*.
