Items arrived well packed and individually wrapped; however, two (of five) had obviously been handled, showing palm print smudges, one had noticeable scuffs, on the underside of the cover, indicating that these were, at best, open box and not "new" (see photos). Not a dealbreaker or worth returning, but the stated item condition should not have been "new," and the price should have been lower for non-new condition. Otherwise, good pre-sale seller communication, and items match part number.
The HP L70042-002 Replacement Computer Power Supply 180W looks exactly as pictured. It is working fine. It arrived on time. The arrival date was with in the delivery date range listed as Get it By. Though after ordering I got a message from eBay saying it would arrive 3 days later than the farthest date in the Get by range. Which briefly frustrated me. That updated 3 day later date was not correct. It arrived exactly in the middle of the original Get it By date range. So I am happy.
