Only issue I encountered was the Lenovo firmware causing errors with one of my systems (Dell T340, thats my own fault - not the cards fault), flashing it to a newer Broadcom firmware fixed it. Other than this, the card looks brand new, it came nicely packaged with everything in the images and has been running great with multiple SAS and SATA drives. Really good deal, and very happy with it.
