Seller shipped item in a bubble mailer and was damaged in shipping. Seller apologized and gave refund, but this gave me an extra errand that wasted my time, and I had to buy another mailer to return this item to them; all could have been prevented if was treated with care and shipped in a small box. Seller expresses that they wish they could make it up to me, but did nothing - just empty words. Hopefully the seller takes this as a lesson to ship items with care to avoid disappointing customers
