Overall the experience was positive. Listing stated headset only came with a USB. However I didn't know that meant you couldn't use it on Xbox. Had to purchase another piece from TB to make it work. At that point I could have bought the headset brand new vs ebay. More transparency would of been nice in the listing describing that it wouldn't work for Xbox and that it was a used item wih hair in the ear cups, rather than listing as new. Was quick to respond to me and was polite.
The seller demonstrated excellent communication skills and was very accommodating, working diligently to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them, as they went above and beyond to address my needs.
