Item arrived extremely well packaged to prevent damage. Item was exactly as described and in perfect condition. It was the exact model mentioned in the description and was precisely what I needed. It shipped and arrived in an extremely timely fashion, and now, thanks to this seller I can replace the palm rest of my old laptop instead of having to buy a brand new one! 5 star product, 5 star seller, would buy from them again.
The console was packaged well and shipped in a timely manner. I understood from the start that the console is broken but the seller went out of his way to make sure I understood the console is broken and even offered to refund the money before shipping it. This is a top tier ebay seller and would highly recommend.
