The product works well so far (although the fan sounds pretty loud, maybe it's old). One of the components got a little damaged during shipping and the product didn't include the original IEC cable (instead, I got a very short one and had to buy a longer cable myself). I reached out to the seller and received a very quick response and a partial refund. I really appreciate that and the refund had covered the costs of replacement parts. I can highly recommend them!
