I purchased a Lenovo AIO, but rcvd an HP AIO (see attached pic). Opened box. Immediately contacted seller who responded with an apology & prepaid return label. Rcvd item on a Fri. Ship'd back on Mon. Rcvd a full refund the same week, 4-days after sending it back. Out of pocket for 9-days but the SELLER MADE IT RIGHT. Sure, product wasnt what I was after but I have NO complaints. If the seller handled this issue in the same manner as they conduct their business overall, Id recommend. A+
The computer was well packed, in great condition and great price. I checked the inside, and it was clean as can be. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
Package arrived one day early (+). All items as advertised: Computer, plug in WiFi adapter, power cord, keyboard, and mouse. All items well packaged for safe shipping. All items like new off-the-shelf for very reasonable price. Was able to connect computer to in-home WiFi network, and existing e-mail account very quickly. First purchase from this buyer, but very pleased with results. Will likely be my go-to supplier for any future computer related items. Say good-bye to BestBuy.
