UPS broke the display that LCDTech99 sent and then some of the stock that LCDTech99 got from their supplier arrived broken. These displays are made of paper thin glass! But, all went well on the second unit they sent. There was no silly requests to ship back the screen that UPS damaged. Very good service from LCDTech99. They kept me informed all the way and the screen they sent the second time (at no cost to me) works and fits perfectly.
The seller received my order; however, I had to cancel it. We discovered as we worked on the laptop, we didn't need the part that had been ordered. Thankfully, the seller cancelled the transaction right away so we could avoid the return process. I'm so glad this seller was paying close attention and honored my request to cancel.
