Item arrived and the package was filled with loose toner. Seller didn't remove the collection tank prior to shipping. I had a service call for a printer jam, and the technician did all kinds of cleaning and tests. Turns out the printer was not functional due to the "miles" on the printer. Seller did provide a full refund.
Everything arrived as described. I haven’t had a chance to check if the unit is working yet. I had an issue with shipping, so I tried to contact the seller by sending a message, but I haven’t received a reply. It’s been almost 4-5 days. The communication has been poor.
