I ordered 2 PC towers. Shipped quickly, packed well in a huge printer box with foam, and everything survived the shipping in the same cosmetic condition that it was. I haven't gotten around to testing the parts yet but it all looks to be in order and they were listed for parts anyway so I don't expect 100% perfection. Great seller.
