I am currently typing this review on my computer. I am EXTREMELY pleased. Laptop was properly packaged with bubble wrap and even placed in a thick protective plastic and then taped closed. Laptop is even in better physical condition than the pictures showed, hard to believe its used and not brand new out of the box. It was wiped and has all the specs the buyer listed. Really couldnt be happier with the appearance, shipping, n quality of this product. Product was shipped on time as well. 5 stars
