The good *Specs mostly matched description *Seller shipped and responded *Well packaged The ok *Battery health was at 88% *SSD 1600 hours, 65 TBW, and 550 power cycles *Included power cable is only USB C to C rather than C to mag safe The not-so-great *Color did not match item description *Visible scratches/small nicks despite excellent refurbished. None were glaring but still present *Seller refused exchanges and only offered returns; they did not have others in stock so I kept the item
I like my product so far. Packaging was great both exterior and interior felt like pristine condition as a seller has described in the product detail. Shipping package was also carefully delivered on exact time. With certified refurbished condition, the price was exceptional, reasonable at that moment when I have decided to buy. One and only comment I would like to mention is that wrong operating system, it was Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro.
