I am very happy with this purchase. The computer is exactly as described and it arrived quickly and was expertly packed. (I worked in shipping receiving for many years, so I know good packing when I see it). Because of my own ignorance I had a little problem setting up my Windows 11 password and the seller got back to me quickly with an explanation and now I am all set. Good seller and packaging, fast shipping, the seller always answered all my question on time. I had just only one issue with the product, the laptop no boot from disk when I restart or turn it on. I always must select the booteable disk, despite I tried all configurations and possible solutions (upgrade, downgrade, etc)... As a conclusion, the bios chip defective or damaged. The seller offered to me a refund, however it was a very cheap and usefull laptop to me, so I decided to keep it.
Arrived early and packed to Perfection, the laptop would have survived a second story drop ...that is how well it was packed,Great Job. Computer is like brand new maybe better than described and is a fabulous piece, Excellent value on this product. Super easy and smooth transaction with some of the best communication ever.
