I bought a thinkbook 16P G4. The item is a refurbished which I don't have any problems with (even I like it), the item's description said "Cosmetic Condition 5/5" meaning was in perfect condition, when it arrived, I noticed some scratches around the cover (top and bottom). I talked with the seller and sent some photos showing the scratches, seller offered to return back the item (but I like it), we talked and agree to a partially refund, it was fair I belive. The seller has a good comunication
Excellent purchase experience. Ordered item on Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Well packaged. The item was as described. I ordered a ‘certified refurbished’ item and it did not disappoint. Very clean/like new feel. The price was around the going rate for the specs and the new feel of the laptop made it feel like very good value. Much better experience than another eBay refurbished vendor that left me feeling disappointed with the quality/finish.
I like my product so far. Packaging was great both exterior and interior felt like pristine condition as a seller has described in the product detail. Shipping package was also carefully delivered on exact time. With certified refurbished condition, the price was exceptional, reasonable at that moment when I have decided to buy. One and only comment I would like to mention is that wrong operating system, it was Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro.
