Item arrived in good condition, matched photos and was as described. Very competitively priced. Packed well. Shipping was a little high, but the base price on the unit was such that the total cost was cheap. This pulse generator was essentially dead on arrival and it's fuse looked blown. Once I got a new fuse, the unit started working perfectly. Would buy from seller again.
