SLOW to ship. Late shipping compounded with a holiday meant that it didn't arrive on time. No issues with the quality of the laptop - was in great, fully functional condition - just as advertised. I remain disappointed in the late shipping. Quality computer, but don't order around a holiday if you are on a schedule.
