The ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 came exactly as described and with no issues after a week of using as my daily driver, the packaging was perfect and seemed like for once someone actually put thought into making sure a fragile machine such as a laptop was safe in transit. While there was a delay in shipping that frustrated me, I understand that isn't the seller's fault but other than that this seller is 10/10 and I would buy again.
