The seller sent this item via USPS, with tracking available. However, I did not receive the item. I communicated with the seller and they responded promptly. They confirmed they sent the item but if USPS did not update soon to proceed with Ebay's Item not Received Process. That process went okay.
The item, a mini PC, arrived well-protected in the shipping package. After removing from the packaging, it was in the "as described" condition and appearance as before purchase. It powered up and booted into Windows 11 cleanly without any issues. Good purchasing experience.
