Well packaged. Shipped quickly. As described. Very good condition, and good appearance, no visible or noticeable flaws besides a bit of shadow on the front from old stickers. No biggie, stickers are tricky. I would say the value was pretty decent. I opted for no OS and saved a few bucks putting Linux on it instead. Quality feels premium for a 5+ year old model, but I'm coming from a 10+ year old macbook, so that's not saying much. Sturdy, capable, relatively powerful. Satisfied.
This laptop is the absolute best packing job I’ve ever seen! It fits in the box neatly and compactly. It is easy to get out of the box and easy to find all the extra cords, etc. I love the packing material that is used and wish I could find more often. I really haven’t gotten into the dead greedy of the computer, but I certainly do like it so far! Thank you! 
Competitively priced with quick shipping. The laptop was packaged very well, showed up in described very good condition with only a few minor scratches on the lid and none on the inside. There was some sticker residue that came off easily with rubbing alcohol. Functions like a brand new one. Couldn't be happier!
