Well packed and quickly shipped by the seller. Good sounding budget headphones. The pathetically slow and unreliable USPS finally delivered the parcel 5 days late without damage. The 5 day "delay" included a misdirected 1,600 mile round trip from St. Louis, Mo to Bemidgii, MN! The destination address is only 100 miles north of St. Louis. Federal gubmint agency efficiency at its best. Looks like another rate hike is on the horizon!
Shipped quickly and good communicator. Packaged properly so no issues there. The item unfortunately had a faulty port but seller was willing to work with me towards a resolution. Overall I'm happy with the transaction and would buy from this seller again.
This company does things right. Of what i dislike about ordering: slow dispatch - this was moving morning after order. Packaging - packed in foam. No clear tape! Label - in pouch rather than glued so no effort to remove. Thanks folks!
