Thank you, Mobileshark. The item arrived & it works well. Screen is Shipping was by USPS. USPS has an option by phone or web site to change the delivery from my Ebay address to a post office or a locker at the apartment complex mail boxes. USPS left it at our door, which is the one thing I didn't want to happen. Luckily, nobody stole it. USPS text notifications were helpful. The display is very clear and sharp, but 14" is smaller than we thought it would be. Thanks for the good service.
Delivered earlier than expected, well packaged, good condition i wouldn't say perfect but ok, quality of the product was good, value was according to the market rate and overall appearance of the product was fine.. the only concern was there was a small dent on the outer side which was not mentioned but everything else was good, USPS is a big No for me but it got to me in one piece i am very happy with the product itself definitely recommend the seller A++
Great value! Laptop arrived in good condition with strong specs. Minor scratches as described. The included USB-C charger didn’t work, and it had 256GB storage instead of 512GB, but I upgraded to 1TB anyway. Windows 11 setup required a work/school login, so I reinstalled Windows 10. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would buy again.
