Received the laptop in practically new condition cosmetically. However upon inspecting it and communicating with the seller I had to send the laptop to Lenovo to replace the faulty trackpad under the warranty. Other than the waiting time I am very happy with the laptop! Seller was kind enough to do a partial $100 reimbursement for the inconvenience. Since I was aware of no refunds and I also wanted this particular model and specs at this value. Would do business with again! Thank you!
It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve received this. It’s been working great with no issues. When I made the purchase, immediately got a response from the seller that he’d send it out for shipping the next day. Package received was in great condition, well packaged — laptop and battery pack were in new condition. No cosmetic issues, brand new as described. Appreciate the quality and effort put into ensuring the condition of the product and shipping are what customers expect. 10/10
The laptop arrived very quickly, and was packaged well. It was exactly as described. I did have some trouble when installing windows due to autopilot, but I was able to sort it out. The seller was very helpful and offered a return, and even after it was sorted they gave a partial refund just for the trouble. Excellent seller. Thanks again.
