I was a little reluctant to purchase a certified refurbished laptop compared to a new one, but I have to say I am extremely impressed with this laptop. The product matched the description exactly. It arrived in the original Lenovo box, was packaged very well, and undamaged. Even though it's certified refurbished, youd never know that. This thing looks brand new, and performs incredibly well. Great communication from the seller, and the seller shipped the item the very next morning. A+++!
Sadly, the machine (X1 Carbon G9 Cert. Refurb.) I received from this seller was DOA **however** the return and refund process --subtracting the typical headaches, costs and inconveniences associated with purchasing and not receiving what one paid for --was a no-questions-asked, straightforward return and refund. I would have preferred someone from the company reach out to assist but all things considered, I've purchased from this seller previously and plan to again. Need an X1 G9 Carbon!
