Had an issue with the product, but I only caught it with fairly advanced diagnostics and because it acted up at the time I was testing, so I don't blame the seller for having missed it. The important thing to me is how the seller reacted to this situation. The return of the product was immediately approved and a refund was issued. The process was smooth as silk and communication throughout was excellent. I definitely recommend this seller.
Laptop was exactly as described, and arrived very securely packaged. It looks and feels like a brand new laptop, and is performing perfectly. Customer support was excellent. Responded promptly to several inquiries, and held off on the shipping date as I asked since I was away on vacation, but it then arrived very quickly after my return. Would buy this seller again.
