Took the seller over a week to ship the item as the original item "was not up to standards and had a crack in the screen". While i appreciate the seller making sure the item was in good shape they didnt communicate this until i asked why it hadnt shipped 4 days later. Not checking the item prior to posting the item is unacceptable. The item was well packaged, as described and the best price around for the specs. In the end the item is exactly what i ordered, just took longer than anticipated.
Shipping was fast, and laptop was packed very well to help prevent damages in shipping. The laptop arrived exactly as described from condition to specs of it. The seller's extra step to double check that the address was correct before shipping was nice! Highly satisfied with purchase and strongly recommend seller.
The gpu works excellent, came properly packaged in great condition, it had no physical flaws that I could immediately notice and matched the appearance in the picture. This was a great purchase for the price. They shipped the package relatively fast and came in its expected time.
