The 11e was in really good condition, generally free from significant marks/scratches - Better than a grade B, maybe even a grade A. Software was as promised and even slimmed down somewhat getting rid of some of the typical bloat so common in Windows...yeah! Shipping was pretty quick...but typical USPS delays at the destination area took more time than shipping from source to destination area. Packaging spot on!

The device only has a few very light scatchs and scuff marks the trackpad functions well and has no cosmetic or functional damage same for the screen, keyboard and ports. I was also impressed by how tightly and securely the laptop was packaged. (I'm prety sure there was 6 feet of bubble wrap)
