The rug arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It’s exactly as pictured/advertised. It’s very thick and soft and appears to be good quality. It did take just under a month to be delivered (placed order on 2/19 and arrived to my home in NYC on 3/18). But I was given an estimated delivery date range of 3/11-3/18, which Rugsy Dugsy stuck to. As I understand it, they make and ship the rugs from India, so it had a long journey. I wasn’t in a rush anyway! Overall, definitely happy thus far.
