  1. The vendor's site says items "usually ship within one day of receiving payment." After five days, I reached out as the tracking said "tracking number provided" since December 5. I did receive a response from the vendor which said "the item will be coming tomorrow." My tracking then said "tracking number provided" as of December 10. I did receive the envelopes on December 11. Next time it would be nice to know there is a third-party vendor involved with purchase and shipment.
