The good- Communication was great when a problem was identified. Shipping was fast. The bad- This item was listed as "New", but had been used. Accounts existed on the device that needed to be removed, and this took a couple of days to resolve. I kept the item because it was "like new" and was sold at a good price. I would give the experience a 7 out of 10. The item was not as decribed, but the packing was great and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
While I did have an issue with the box (not the sellers fault - the program itself wasn’t meant to be transferred) the seller kept in communication with me the whole time and did all they could to help fix it. In the end I was refunded for the item. I would absolutely purchase form the seller again. They are incredibly honest and kind. Not something you see much of anymore.
Snagged a 15+ year old small market/indie CD that was still sealed in its original packaging with stickers and everything for a more than fair price. Seller shipped it quickly and well-packaged and I 100 percent recommend them in the future if you happen to be interested in an item they are offering for sale. Thanks again!
