Item was as described and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, they did not fit. The seller was happy to accept the return. However, you pay a high shipping amount to get them, and if you want to return the item, you absorb that shipping too. Not a seller issue, and Ebay issue, in my opinion. It wasn't worth returning them at that point. So. I ordered them in a different size, because I LOVE the shoe and the seller was great! Just make sure you are careful when purchasing, and get the right size.
I would say this experience was overall very positive, although the first pictures of the item are from the original seller's website and not an exact match for the actual item that was sent to me. The colors do not match. The shipping cost was expensive, but unfortunately that has become the way of the economy. They were packaged well and arrived safely. The boots were expensive, but they're also really, really nice boots and considerably less than retail price.
