This item was shipped fast, packaged with extreme care and definitely priced right. It turned out the size tag was hiding and the hat was smaller than expected, however, this seller is a rare breed and although I considered the gamble on me, the seller thought differently and refunded the entire purchase. You don't find a commitment to doing things "right", that supersedes the bottom dollar when the situation calls for it, too often anymore, so when you do, they are to be celebrated! A+++++++
Shipping was excellent and arrived in a timely manor. Packaging included bubble wrap and a perfect sized box. The Jesus manger was the same item described and pictured on eBay. This Jesus and manger are painted in excellent condition and will match perfectly with Joseph and Mary that I have. Therefore the value I paid, I consider really great. The seller was amazing, and I would recommend working with them. They were extremely communicative, kind, and willing to negotiate.
