The item was what I had expected. Quick delivery. But I also got a sticky pad hand-written thank you message which I thought was cool. Definitely a small business owner who cares about her service. The shipping cost I didn't care so much for but when you're a small business owner and don't have the bulk sales to be able to offer free shipping, it's understandable. It wasn't all that much anyway. I'll buy from her again given the chance to support a striving small business owner.
Seller reached out before shipping to make sure I knew to be careful opening the box. When it arrived (well before I expected it to!), she had packaged the comforter in the original packaging, which was amazing. She wrote me a nice little note letting me know she had more in the collection I was looking at. The comforter is beautiful, just as described. GREAT value, thank you!
The item arrived well packaged. and as described. If you have a chance get one of these - they allow you only need one hand to tear a piece of tape. This allows you to use the another hand to position and hold the item with the other hand. it is a simple tool that is very handy for wrapping a package.
