Item was as described and expected, but the stand out was how helpful the seller was. I needed them several times throughout the process, as there was a USPS issue (no fault of theirs) and they were always quick to respond. My only complaint will echo others, the item could have been packaged more carefully. The package ripped in several spots leaving the item very exposed, luckily it was okay. It just seemed like an afterthought that once a buyer pays for an item it belongs to them.
