Item not received by 27th, so I messaged the seller for an update. No reply received, but my item arrived today 29th Aug. via Royal Mail Tracked 48, a reliable 2-day service, so was almost certainly dispatched on 27th, the date of my message. So one star for dispatch time, none for comms., which are vital here ~ I suggest a re-think.
