I purchased a set of glasses from this seller and the USPS did their best to completely damage the box. It honestly looked like they stomped on it and threw it repeatedly. The items were SO well wrapped, but sadly a few did get broken. I messaged the seller and she was very quick to respond and also quite apologetic, though it was not her fault. She issued a partial refund immediately. I would definitely purchase from her again.
