Item arrived as described in a USPS box and then covered in USPS wrap. Very thorough. The doll's outfit, coloring, and hair match the photo. Doll limbs are loose and that's ok with me at this price point, for the care this seller took to make sure items arrived intact. I would buy from this seller again.
