The seller took amazing care to pack and ship this purchase. I mean there was bubble wrap around bubble wrap on top of bubble wrap. It was amazing. This item was going to get to the buyer without damage if it was the last thing the seller ever did. I was impressed and happy to see that kind of care taken. The machine arrive really well packaged, a box in side a box and double plastic lining. It arrived quickly too. The machine itself was in pretty good shape, but the needles were rusted. I discussed this with the seller and they were really good about offering me a full or partial refund.
