The item I purchased was not as described in the listing (title and description said it was made of silk, but the item was 100% viscose.) I contacted the seller and courteously voiced my disappointment. They responded promptly and apologetically, vowing to pay closer attention to their listings moving forward. They asked what they could do to improve my experience and I replied that a refund would be appropriate. They refunded my purchase. I thanked them and said I'd give positive feedback.
Shipping was fast, Seller was communicative, packaging was good. Arrived in Good as described, but looked 👀 even better in person. Purchased @ a Great Value 😊. My intentions were to pin it on my sports jacket and look like a General LoL 😆 LoL. But after I polished it up ✨ ‼️ The Wife asked for it, there are not too many things She likes that I purchase. Overall very good. Item is in excellent condition and was as described. Very pleased! Shipping was slow and a bit pricey for the slowness. It took 4 days to ship—item was purchased/paid on Friday afternoon and actually made it to PO the following Tuesday evening (tracking generated early Monday morning). Packaging was basic but fine. No issues. Overall fine seller.
