Chinese seller who ships using UniUni. I only bought from this seller because they were listed as being in the US. I was given a tracking number early on, but the item never shipped. I was left waiting until I reached out to the seller to inquire about my item. Seller did refund me with no questions asked. Item still eventually arrived and it was packaged decently, but this still feels very deceiving. I could have bought elsewhere if I wanted something directly from China.
Despite the listing saying it was going to be shipping from Nevada, once the tracking was available, it actually originated in China. It was still delivered within 10 days, at least. It might have been "New" when it left, but to reduce packaging they folded the box, and took out the toy, so now there's a bend line (see photo). This is a gift, so it's rather disappointing to receive in this condition. Otherwise, the figure is nice and as listed.
Item came as described and in shipping window provided. However, item showed as shipping from Nevada and it actually came from China. It also had a nonexistent tracking number assigned. Sent three messages asking for real tracking and clarification and did not receive any answer at all. Overall I am happy with the product but need better communication and more accurate listing information from buyer.
