  1. Received 3 Royal Doulton figurines in good conditions. 1 arrived with a broken shoe. Mail system throws boxes, and if not well wrapped any corner will break! just as you see. I make a lot of emphasis in wrapping these figurines to avoid this situation. Makes me sad to waste another piece of art that will also lose value.
