Beautiful, high-quality top arrived in excellent condition; exactly as pictured & described. I was surprised at how thick and substantial the material was. The top was less than half of retail price, so was an exceptional value. The shipping was reasonably priced and item was well packaged. Communication was excellent and transaction went smoothly. Books condition very good for acceptable listings but for the physical age not marking found. happy with purchase. book as was described. compared to other sellers and a new one value was good. wish shipping was a bit cheaper though.
