  1. The shipping was fast but the kettle was simply placed in a paper bag with no amount of cushioning, and the lid was not separated leading it to shatter in shipping. A simply shipping mistake but a little more packing material might have saved this item. The item would have came as expected though for a good value, and the seller was quick to refund in a matter in minutes. Thank you.
