This seller was remarkable in response, shipping, delivery, and communication. For these reasons, I would rate the seller as excellent. I received the TB400-04 Terminal Block ahead of schedule, which was packaged extremely well in the box. The item did not come with any manufacturer packaging, but appeared to be brand-new and unused. The item was as described by the seller. The price was similar to other places to buy, but the free shipping is what clinched the deal for me.
Item works as expected for a used drill/driver. High and low settings are diminished and run at about same torque. Description could have been clearer to note that it did not include battery charger or bits. Fortunately I asked seller prior to purchase and already had a charger, since the battery was dead upon receipt. Seller was negotiable on price. Fast delivery. Would recommend this seller and read description carefully.
