Lot of 2 Sept.11 9/11 Magazines People Weekly & TIME - World Trade Center. People weekly has a small crease at the bottom corner that affects the front cover and first few pages. Both magazines are in great condition with minor wear as follows. Both magazines may have small, light scratches and scuff marks, slight bends, and light wrinkles on some pages. See pictures for details. SHIPPING & HANDLING All items are carefully packaged to ensure safety and preserve quality during shipping. I do recycle boxes and packaging, but I make sure both boxes and packaging are appropriate for the item during transport. Each magazine will be placed in a clear poly bag before both are inserted into a box intended for media items such as books and magazines and then placed into a larger bubble mailer for extra protection. I also provide a variety of shipping options for buyers, but usually list the cheapest first. Feel free to select the shipping method that is best for you. Please note, I ship all items out in a timely manner (within about 1-2 days) but there may be instances of delays that are out of my control after I have handed the package over to the post office. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGING & SHIPPING All shipping prices, domestic and international, are based on box size and weight intended for domestic shipping. I package all items as securely as possible in an effort to prevent damage during shipping, but if you would like to request extra packaging for international shipments please let me know before purchase. Extra packing materials may require an adjustment in size and/or weight of the package, so shipping prices will also be reflected accordingly. Additionally, customs fees and tariffs may apply to packages that are being shipped to countries outside the United States. In accordance with ebay rules and regulations, buyers are responsible for covering any import duties or fees imposed by their country. FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES I personally inspect, record, list, pack, and ship all items on my own to ensure the item in the listing is the exact item you receive. If any changes or concerns about the item are detected after purchase I will contact the buyer for further course of action. Furthermore, everything is security marked and all identifiable features, including serial codes when applicable, are recorded with pictures and/or video at the time of listing and will be once again when packaged and shipped. Weight and measurements are taken and confirmed with the postal service at drop off, so any changes thereafter could imply tampering which is considered a federal crime. In the event of a return, all items are thoroughly inspected and security marks/serial codes are cross examined with the records I have on file before a refund is issued. Claims and returns that suggest incongruence with the item sent and/or any other kind of fraudulence will result in further investigation. Postal inspectors, when necessary, will be contacted along with your local police department who are likely to reach out to you in order to help them in their case report. This is done in an effort to promote fair and transparent transactions for all parties involved.
