  3. Looks like it is brand new, questionable sealed packaging though, not factory sealed in my opinion. I have not installed it yet, so performance has yet to be seen. Very fast shipping, safe and secure packaging and the price was great. As long as it works as good as it looks, I will definitely look to purchase from this seller again.
